From “Create an account”, choose Customer and sign up with email and password or Google. Enter your name, phone and address; a business customer may add a company name. You can choose your merchant after signing up.
Find the merchant in the directory. On a linked storefront, choose “Request a quote”. Otherwise, call the public phone number.
Create your customer access or sign in to your account with this merchant. A new account never grants access to old records just because the email matches.
With Google, choose your account, then complete your phone number, address and consent. To link existing access, confirm its password once. Future sign-ins will use Google.
Open “Request a quote”, choose an existing property or enter a new address, describe your needs and attach up to three photos.
Wait for sending confirmation. Check “Sent requests”, then received quotes in your portal. Accept or decline an offer online before expiry.
The merchant prepares the contract and schedules service. View your documents, proof of service and invoices; use “Request to office” to report an issue.

Open the site online to prepare its offline pages. The signup form keeps a contact draft in this tab for 24 hours, without a password or consent. Account creation, Google and merchant selection require a connection. Once signed in, quote requests and photos synchronize when connected again; acceptance/decline, payments and password changes stay online.
Merchant: customers, teams and storefronts
Choose “Create my merchant account” and sign up with email and password or Google. Enter the owner, business name, address and contact details. Business and tax numbers are optional and editable in settings. If owner access was already prepared for your Google email, choose “Email my activation link” or “I have my temporary password”. After activation, sign in with Google.
In “My storefronts”, choose “Find my listing” if your business already exists, or “Create my free listing” if it is missing. A new listing is linked to your account, then reviewed before publication. Immediately customize FR/EN text, areas, services, logo, cover and gallery, without a subscription.
Review “Quote requests”. Open the property and photos, prepare a quote, mark it sent and link it to the matching request.
After acceptance, create the contract from the quote and check its terms. Prepare the service day, assign jobs to routes and employees.
Create employees in “Employees”, with field access. Other office users and customers are managed in “Users”. None of these accounts is a central CRM sales rep.
Monitor execution, photo evidence, hours and billing. Your data remains within your business.

Previously opened pages are readable on the authorized device. The new storefront form keeps a draft in this tab for 24 hours, without storing your consent. Continue typing offline, then submit when connected to check duplicates. Configuration, linking, accounts and billing remain online. Field entry uses the employee portal and its synchronization queue.
Employee: complete my route
Review instructions and access details. Record service outcome, observations and required follow-up. Drafts remain available offline.
Your employer creates your access. Sign in before leaving and open your route to load the instructions.
View only your assignments. Track job state: en route, arrived, in progress, completed or problem.
Add required photos and allow GPS only when needed. Do not mark service complete without performing it.
Record your shift and breaks. When connected again, keep the page open and verify pending operations clear.

Field states, evidence and hours use the existing PWA queue. External maps and current weather require the network. Initial sign-in is essential.
Device security and synchronization
Use a protected device. Private snapshots remain readable for up to 24 hours after their last refresh. Sign out before sharing the device: this erases snapshots and unsent entries. Do not close the browser before sending confirmation if work must be delivered immediately.
A conflict message means the record changed. Your notes remain in the local draft; reload the record, compare the information, then explicitly resume the entry.
